摘要
大体积混凝土的裂缝控制问题一直是一项技术难题,如何控制大体积混凝土的施工裂缝,是工程施工中常遇到的问题。结合某车站基础底板大体积混凝土施工为例,根据已有的理论体系,对大体积混凝土施工中裂缝的控制进行了研究,通过对大体积混凝土工程中的配合比设计、原材料的选用及质量控制、混凝土生产和施工过程质量控制等措施,有效地控制了混凝土的裂缝,保证了大体积混凝土的质量。
Of mass concrete crack control problem is always a difficult technical problems, how to control of mass concrete construction cracks in project construction, is often meeted during the problem.Based on a station construction of mass concrete foundation slab as an example, on the basis of the existing theory system, for the construction of mass concrete cracks in the control of the research, through to the mass concrete engineering of mix design, selection of raw materials and quality control, concrete production and construction process quality control, effective control of concrete cracks, and to ensure the quality of mass concrete.
