摘要
为探明高速铁路板式无砟轨道充填层混凝土的收缩变形规律,开展了充填层混凝土收缩变形影响因素试验研究。结果表明:早期保湿养护对降低充填层混凝土干缩变形作用明显,比未进行保湿养护自密实混凝土的干缩变形降低15%左右;细骨料细度模数对充填层混凝土干缩变形影响较小;粗骨料最大粒径对充填层混凝土自身收缩变形的影响比干燥收缩大,粗骨料最大粒径由20mm降低至10mm,自身收缩变形值增大5%~25%;胶凝材料用量对充填层混凝土干缩变形和自身收缩变形影响显著,胶凝材料用量每增加20kg,混凝土干缩变形值和自身收缩变形值均增大10%~20%;充填层混凝土早期(90d)自身收缩变形占干缩变形的50%,而长期(210d)则能占干缩变形总量的74%左右。
To uncover the property of deformation of filling layer concrete used in high speed railway slab ballastless track, the factors which affect the deformation of filling layer concrete were studied.The results show that early curing can reduce the drying-shrinkage of concrete obviously, the drying-shrinkage value of concrete with early curing is 15% lower than that without early curing.Fineness modulus of sand has a slightly effect on drying-shrinkage of concrete.The influence of maximum size of aggregate on autogeneous shrinkage is higher than drying-shrinkage.The autogeneous shrinkage value increased 5% to 25% when the maximum size of aggregate reduced from 20 mm to 10 mm.The content of binding material also had an obvious effect on both drying-shrinkage and autogeneous shrinkage.Both the values of drying-shrinkage and autogeneous shrinkage increased 10% to 20% when the content of binding material increased 20 kg.The autogeneous shrinkage value can be 50% of drying-shrinkage value at early age (90 d ), and can reach 74% of drying-shrinkage value at long age (210 d).
