摘要
为了使水利水电工程项目人力资源优化配置的重要性得到充分认识,介绍了水利水电工程项目人力资源配置的特点,分析了我国水电工程项目人力资源配置中存在的主要问题,并提出了水利水电工程项目人力资源优化配置的建议。
In order to fully understand the importance of the optimal allocation of human resources in hydropower projects, the features of human resources allocation in hydropower projects were discussed. The existing problems in the human resources allocation hydropower projects in China were analyzed. Some optimization strategies were proposed.
