摘要
随着近几年堰塞湖地质灾害的频繁发生,其水文应急预报工作受到了广泛关注。对长江流域近年来出现的唐家山、舟曲堰塞湖除险实践中的水文应急预报工作进行了总结与回顾,初步分析了堰塞湖除险中水文应急预报的主要技术特征,并重点阐述了该项工作存在的主要技术难点,最后提出了开展堰塞湖除险水文应急预报工作的主要技术方案和工作模式等初步对策。指出,今后应加强对无资料地区产汇流理论的研究,并突出水文、气象、地理信息系统等多学科综合应用在应急预报中的作用。
Emergency hydrological forecasting has been focused since dammed lake hazard frequently occurs in recent years.We summarize the emergency hydrological forecasting work in the danger removing projects of Tangjiashan,Zhouqu dammed lake hazards,preliminarily illustrate the main technical features and difficulties in the forecasting work,finally present the main technical scheme and working mode in the danger removing projects of dammed lake hazard.It is suggested that,in future,we should intensify the study on runoff yield and confluence theory in the areas without data,and emphasize the importance of integrated application of hydrology,meteorology and GIS in the emergency hydrological forecasting work.
