摘要
科学发展观是当前和未来市州电大教育创新的指导思想。它具有引领市州电大教育不断改革、发展,更好地为地区经济与社会发展服务的功能。以科学发展观指导市州电大的办学实践,应从创新办学模式、拓展办学功能,提升办学实力、增强发展后劲,加强系统建设、促进优势发挥,坚持内涵发展、突出质量优先,争取政府支持、赢得社会认同等方面入手,实现市州电大未来的科学发展。
The scientific outlook on development is the ideological connotation of the current and future Radio/TV education,as well as the core of the education innovation of the municipal TV universities.It plays an important role in the reformation and development of the municipal education,and the local economic and social development.In order to realize the scientific development of municipal TV universities,we should take the scientific concept of development as the guideline of the municipal TV universities operation practice and take into accountant the following factors： innovating the education mode,widening the education function,promoting the education capabilities,enhancing the development potential,strengthening the system construction,exploiting the advantage,insisting on the connotation development,prioritizing the education quality;getting the support from the government,and gaining social recognition,etc.
