摘要
为了提高破碎岩体中隧道爆破的爆破效率,并做到最大限度降低爆破对隧道围岩的损伤,有效保护隧道围岩稳定性,对破碎岩层中的隧道爆破装药设计进行了研究。分析了炸药品种选择,装药量确定,装药结构,以及周边眼起爆方法及相应的参数计算方法。结果表明,采用低爆速炸药进行爆破,并针对所用炸药品种进行爆破参数确定,采用空气柱间隔装药,周边眼实行隔炮眼分段起爆,并进行相应周边眼参数设计等有利于获得良好的爆破效果。本文方法对加快隧道施工速度,同时降低爆破引起的隧道围岩损伤,有效保护隧道围岩具有参考价值。
In order to get a high blasting efficiency fo the damage in remaining rock from blasting minimum r driving a tunnel through broken rock, and make and protect the original remaining rock stability, the research on the explosive charge for tunnel-driving blasting in broken rocks is finished. The explosive selecting, charge quantity and structure deciding, and corresponding blasting parameters eter shot-holes are analyzed. From the analyses, it benefits for the realization of good blasting for perimresults to select the low-explosion-velocity explosive and calculate the corresponding blasting parameters, charge the shot holes by air-explosive structure, fire every other perimeter shot hole in sequence and design correspondingly the blasting parameters for perimeter holes. The method is worthy for quickening the tunnel-driving and making the remaining rock damage from blasting minimum and the remaining tunnel rock protected effectively.
