摘要
目的 应用兔离体肺再灌注模型研究低钾保护液 ( LPD)与 Euro- Collins液 ( EC)对肺保护的作用。 方法 18只实验用兔随机分为两组 ,分别用 L PD液及 EC液进行肺灌洗保存。每组 9只再分为 3小组 (各含 6个肺 ) ,分别保存 2 ,4及 8h后进行肺再灌注 ,测定再灌注后肺血管阻力( PVR) ,肺通气阻力 ( L R) ,肺含水量 ( L W)及肺静脉血气分析以了解肺保护效果。 结果 ( 1) EC组随保存时间的延长 ,L R逐渐增加 ,8h后明显增高 ( P<0 .0 1) ,但保存 2 h及 4h无统计学差异。在 L PD组 ,各保存时间内 L R无明显变化。保存 8h后 LPD组 LR明显低于 EC组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。( 2 )两组在保存的 8h内再灌注后 PVR均无明显增高 ,虽然 LPD组 PVR低于 EC组 ,但无统计学差异。 ( 3)肺含水量及 PO2 两组间在保存 8h内均无明显改变。 结论 ( 1)应用 L PD液对离体肺灌洗及保存的效果优于 EC液 ;( 2 )肺通气阻力的改变可能较肺血管阻力对损伤的反应更为敏感。
To compare the effect of lung preservation between low potassium dextran(LPD) and Euro Collins(EC) solutions using an isolated,perfused lung model \ Methods\ 18 rabbits divided into two groups were isolated, preserved and reperfused \ Lungs were flushed and preserved with EC solution in Group 1 and with LPD solution in Group 2 \ Each of the two groups were divided into 3 parts, preserved for 2 hours,4 hours and 8 hours respectively \ Pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR), lung resistance(LR), lung water(LW) and blood gas after reperfusion were investigated \ Results\ (1)LR increased significantly in Group 1 after 8 hour preservation (P<0 01) but did not increased in Group 2; (2)LR was significantly lower in Group 2 than that in Group 1(P<0 05); (3)PVR,LW and PO\-2 did not increased significantly in the two groups within 8 hour preservation \ Conclusion\ LPD solution was superior to EC solution in lung flush and preservation \;
