摘要
采用真空重量法研究了黏结剂对5A分子筛吸附正构烷烃平衡行为的影响。实验结果表明,与无黏结剂5A分子筛相比,有黏结剂5A分子筛具有更低的正构烷烃吸附容量、更大的吸附特性曲线关联因子以及更低的吸附热;由吸附容量和SEM分析结果推断,黏结剂影响5A分子筛的吸附容量是因其稀释了分子筛中吸附组分的含量以及堵塞了部分分子筛有效孔道;黏结剂对吸附特性曲线关联因子的影响主要是由于添加黏结剂改变了吸附质分子和吸附位间的极性相互作用;黏结剂对吸附热的影响则主要源于部分吸附质分子在黏结剂表面的吸附作用。
The influence of the binder on adsorption equilibrium of n-paraffins on 5A molecular sieves was investigated by the vacuum gravimetric method. Compared with binderless sample, 5A molecular sieves with the binder showed low adsorption capacities, large correlation factors of characteristic curves and low heats of adsorption for n-paraffins. According to the results of the adsorption capacity comparison and SEM analysis,the influence of the binder on the adsorption capacities of n-paraffins on the 5A molecular sieves with the binder could be ascribed to the dilution and blocking of the pores on the molecular sieve crystal. The binder changes the polar interaction between the adsorbate molecules and the adsorption sites, so the adsorption characteristic curves are affected. The decrease of the heat of adsorption is mainly due to the adsorption of some adsorbate molecules on the binder.
