摘要
目的探讨提升药房窗口服务质量的策略。方法从窗口服务人员应具备的素质、单位各相关制度的建设入手,系统阐述影响窗口服务质量的各种因素。结果与结论医院环境设置合理化、服务流程规范化、内部管理制度化、服务队伍专业化、服务手段信息化的配套服务体系,是提升药房服务质量的关键因素。
Objective To probe into the strategies of improving the serving of pharmacy windows.Methods Combining with the quality of the serving staffs in pharmacy windows and the related system construction,all kinds of factors influencing the window service quality are systematically analyzed.Results and Conclusion The adequate matching systems are the key factors improving the serving quality of pharmacy windows,including the rationalization of hospital environment setting,standardization of serving process,systematism of internal management,specialization of service team and informationization of service measures.
