摘要
客观分析了滁州市中小型泵站的运行管理现状及其存在的问题,提出了深化泵站管理体制改革、推行农民协会管理模式、加大泵站技改和灌区配套投入等有效对策。
The article analyses the current situation and the existence questions,put forward some processing measures such as,to deepen the reform of the pumping stations administrative,to carry out Peasants Union Management Model,to expanding the input to the pumping stations and irrigation collocations,etc.
