摘要
以AutoCAD为开发平台,利用VB、Access和Vlisp对链轮链条结构图进行详细的三维参数化技术研究。开发了相应三维几何造型系统,解决了其造型复杂、设计效率低的问题。用户只需轻点鼠标或键入参数值,系统即可方便、准确以及快捷地给出正确的三维模型,达到了链轮链条设计自动化、数字化的目的,为其后续三维装配设计、运动分析和辅助制造(CAM)打下重要基础。
This system studied in detail the parametric technology of the 3D graphics of chain and chain wheel by VB,Access and Vlisp based on the platformof AutoCAD,developed the geometric modeling system,solved the problems of complex process,heavy workload and low efficiency in designing the 3D model.When the system is runned,users just needed to click the mouse or input the parameter values,the system can give the correct 3D model conveniently,accurately and quickly.The design of the chain and chain wheel will become automatic and digitized,which will laid an important foundation for following 3D assembly design,motion analysis and CAM.
