摘要
提出了一种基于温度变化与装配间隙变化的关系,合理选择太阳模拟器转台轴系装配公差的方法。本文主要分析了温度变化对配合精度的影响,导出了配合间隙随温度变化的计算公式,给出了在环境温度变化较大情况下选择配合公差的依据,并将此理论应用到太阳模拟器三轴转台的结构设计中解决实际问题。试验结果表明,应用该方法选择的配合公差因能够在设计时考虑到环境因素影响,从而保证轴系在恶劣环境下的回转精度。
A method of choose the rational assembly tolerance of solar simulator turntable shafts according to relationship between the change of temperature and the space of the assembly was developed. After analyzing the influence of the changing temperature on the precision of the assembly, formulas which gives the space of changing assembly according to the temperature changes and theories which can help to choose the rational assembly under the changeable environ- ment temperature are summarized ,then those are applied to designing the structural of solar simulator three-axis turntable to solution the practical problems. The results show that this method can keeps the rotation precision of shafts under the adverse circumstance by taking environmental factors into account when we are designing the products.
