摘要
颅内压增高是神经内外科常见的危急重症。及时、有效的采取多种措施控制监测颅内压,降低颅内压,即可有效地改善病情及预后。有创颅内压监测是通过开颅手术安置监测探头于颅内从而达到直接监测颅内压力,因其操作复杂和需要颅骨钻孔安置颅内压监护仪探头,增加创伤和颅内感染机会等缺点而使其应用范围受限。FVEP可以减少上述这些弊端,而且操作简单,安全可靠,能实现颅内压的连续动态监测,闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP)技术是无创颅内压监测的研究方向之一。很多学者的大量研究证明,闪光视觉诱发电位测得的颅内压值和腰穿测得的颅内压值比较,二者之间无差异,FVEP值和颅内压变化成正相关。FVEP无创颅内压监测可以作为临床诊断和治疗的辅助工具。本文旨在探讨FVEP无创颅内压监测临床应用现状及展望。
The elevated of intracranial pressure(ICP) was the emergency and serious disease of neurosurgery. Much effective measure can be adopted to decrease intracranial pressure,and the prognosis of disease can be improved. Invasive measurement of intracranial pressure was a way to measure the ICP through the probe that was set inside the skull. It was restricted since it was complicated and need drill on the skull and lead to infection. FVEP noninvasive measurement of intracranial pressure can decrease these disadvantages and simplify operation. It was safe and the outcome was reliable, and it could be used as a convention of measurement. FVEP was a research direction as noninvasive measurement of intracraniai pressure. Many scholars had made a lot of research on FVEP,there were no differences between the outcome of FVEP and the ICP by lumbar puncture. FVEP were positively correlated with ICP. FVEP noninvasive measurement of ICP can act as an assistant instrument of diagnosis and therapy. The present paper aimed to study the clinical application and prospect of FVEP noninvasive monitoring of intracranial pressure.
