摘要 铝合金是目前采用最多的轻金属合金材料,而Al-Si系列合金是铝合金系中应用最早最广泛的铝合金。本文从汽车轻量化出发,介绍了Al-Si系列合金在组织性能方面的国内外研究现状。组织结构是影响其性能的最重要因素,而冷却速度、变质处理对Al-Si系列合金微观组织结构的影响甚为深远,进而影响铝合金零部件的机械性能。最后,讨论了提高Al-Si系列合金性能的理论方法,并对铝合金组织性能的优化进行了展望。 Al alloy is one kind of light alloy materials which is used most extensively at present,and Al-Si series alloy is used the earliest and most comprehensively.In this paper,the researches on the microstructure and properties of Al-Si series alloy are introduced on the basis of lightweight of automobile.The microstructure is the most important factor influencing its properties.Moreover,cooling rate and modification have a far-reaching influence on microstructure of Al-Si series alloy,and then influence the mechanical properties of Al alloy parts.At last,the ways to strengthen alloys are discussed,and the future trends and performance optimization of cast Al alloy are previewed.
