摘要
在人工培养蛹虫草的生长过程中,光照起着重要作用。以棒头草、孢子头和普通草3个品种的蛹虫草为试材,以活体蚕蛹为基质,在光照强度200 lx条件下,研究不同光照时数对蛹虫草转色、原基形成及子实体生长的影响。结果表明:菌丝转色及原基形成期,给予18 h的光照,转色佳,原基形成良好;子实体生长期,10 h光照条件下,子实体生长健壮,产量高。
Light played an important role in the process of artificial cultivation of Cordyceps militaris.Using C.militaris varieties Bangzitou,Baozitou and Putongcao as materials,using living silkworm pupa as substrate,under the light intensity of 200 lx,the effects of light hours on the color changing,primordium formation and fruiting body growth were studied.The results showed that the color changed better,the primordium formed well with 18 h light.The fruiting body grew strongly,and the yield was high with 10 h light.
