摘要 编制露天矿生产计划是当前采矿工程中不可或缺的环节.以DIMINE矿业软件为平台,依据原始地质资料建立某矿的矿体、地表模型,结合该矿当前生产的实际数据,进行露天境界优化设计,并在此基础上系统能够对采剥顺序计划自动优化,同时在技术人员的参与下手工编制采剥计划.结果表明,运用三维可视化技术可得到较满意的露天境界壳,并且有效的指导露天矿山分期开采或中长期采剥计划的编制,为采掘生产计划优化工作提供了切实可行的新途径,提高了矿山生产效率,达到迅速开展工作的目的. Establishing production plan of open-pit mine is an indispensable link in mining engineering nowadays.This paper establishes the orebody model and the surface model based on the original geological data by DIMINE software.With the actual data,it optimizes the design of the open-pit,and on this basis,the system can automatically optimize the order of stripping,meanwhile technical staff can participate in the preparation of stripping plan.The results show that using the three-dimensional visualization can obtain satisfactory state of shell open,and effectively guide the design of mining stage or mid or long-term production plan.On open-pit standing on the actual production data,it can provide a new workable way for stripping plan optimization,meanwhile,it improves the production efficiency and achieve the goal of quick work in open-pit mine.
