摘要
西尼罗病毒病是一种以鸟类为中间宿主、以马为终末宿主的人兽共患病,给全球公共卫生带来严重威胁。本文用ELISA方法对上海地区禽和马中西尼罗病毒的血清学进行了调查,结果显示,在所调查的2005年到2009年14类95份禽血清和7个区341份马血清中,禽和马的抗体阳性率分别为5.26%和0%。结果表明,该病在上海已通过禽类开始广泛传播,虽尚未发现终末宿主感染,但已存在一定隐患。因此,应进一步监测该病的流行与传播情况。
West Nile virus(WNV) infection is an recently emerged zoonosis that threats global public health.A serological investigation on WNV infection in Shanghai metroarea was carried out by testing bird and horse serum samples.A total of 95 bird serum samples from 14 species and 341 horse serum samples were collected from 7 locations and WNV antibodies were tested by ELISA.As a result,WNV antibodies were detected in 5 bird serum samples but not in any of horse serum samples.
