摘要
高校青年教职工是高等学校教学、行政、教辅多方面工作的生力军。充分发挥青年教职工的积极性和创造性,为高等学校的发展贡献力量,需要切实加强高校青年教职工基层团组织的建设,不断总结高校青年教职工基层团组织工作的成功经验,加强教育、创新管理、增强凝聚力、探索新方法。
Young college faculty is the main vigorous force in teaching and administration.Fully bringing their activity and creativity into play,they will contribute much more to the university＇s development.So it is necessary to strengthen the construction of grassroots League organization for young faculty,continuously summarize the successful experience,reinforce the education and innovation management,strengthen the cohesion,and explore new methods.
