摘要
以武汉理工大学为例分析了影响高校图书馆员学术研究的各种因素。其中,馆员的学历结构失衡、职称评聘制度缺陷、科研经费不足及激励机制缺失是导致图书馆学术活动落后的主要原因。此外,作者还针对这些原因提出了提高馆员学术产出率的具体途径和方法。
This study explores the factors contributing to research productivity among academic librarians.The leading factors are tightly concerned with librarian's education,the promotion system,academic research fund and institutional initiatives.In addition,the author also makes recommendations to improve librarian's academic research.
