摘要
区域旅游合作是一个国家和地区旅游业发展到一定阶段的必然要求,区域旅游合作具有巨大的发展潜力。从完善豫北区域旅游联盟的必要性出发,理清豫北区域旅游合作机制的基本框架,提出改进和完善区域旅游合作机制的政策建议。从而得出,改进和完善豫北区域旅游合作机制,实现旅游经济活动真正向区域旅游功能的转变,是区域旅游协调发展,缩小地区差距,打破地区垄断,促进区域旅游合作向纵深发展的重要途径。
The regional cooperation of tourism is indispensable,and of great potentiality when a country or a district tourism has developed on a large scale.Based on the necessity to enhance the regional tourism cooperation in northern Henan and classify its basic framework,this paper proposes several policy recommendations to improve and refine the mechanism of regional cooperation in tourism.To further analyze,what is important in harmonalizing the development of regional tourism,narrowing the regional gap,preventing the regional tourism from being monopolized as well as promoting the northern Henan regional tourism cooperation into deep development is to improve and consummate northern Henan regional tourism cooperation policy,to accomplish the transformation from tourism economy to regional tourism function definitely.
