摘要
以γ-聚谷氨酸(-γPGA)和蒙脱土(MMT)为原料,聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚为交联剂,在水溶液中制备了γ-PGA/MMT吸水性复合材料,研究了MMT含量对该复合材料吸水率、保水能力和玻璃化温度(Tg)的影响。实验结果显示:加入MMT后,-γPGA的吸蒸馏水率显著降低,且随着MMT含量的增大,吸水率逐渐下降;复合材料的吸盐水率和保水率均较纯γ-PGA有明显提高;复合材料的Tg也较纯-γPGA有所提高,且随着MMT含量的增加而增高。
Applied γ-PGA and MMT as raw materials,poly(glycol diglycidyl ether) as the crosslinking agent,γ-PGA/MMT composite was prepared in aqueous solution.The influences of the amount of MMT on the water absorption rate,water retention rate and Tg of the composites were studied.The experimental results demonstrated that MMT decreased the distilled water absorption rate of γ-PGA remarkably.The distilled water absorption rate of γ-PGA decreased gradually with the increasing of the amount of MMT.The salt solution absorption rate and water retention rate of the composites were higher than those of γ-PGA.Meanwhile,Tg of the composites was higher than that of γ-PGA,and increased with the increasing of the amount of MMT.
