摘要
通过采用高效液相色谱法测定6-溴-2,4-二甲基苯胺重氮反应液中6-溴-2,4-二甲基苯胺盐酸盐的含量,提出了高效液相色谱法监测6-溴-2,4-二甲基苯胺重氮反应进程的方法。以Hypersil BDS-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)为固定相,以乙腈-水(60+40)溶液为流动相,检测波长为210 nm。在此检测条件下,胺盐的质量浓度在5.0~200.0 mg.L-1范围与其峰面积呈线性关系,测得回收率在96.6%~103.0%之间。
A method of HPLC for the determination of 6-bromo-2,4-dimethylaniline hydrochloride in diazo-reaction liquor was proposed,which was used to monitor the diazo-reaction process.Hypersil BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) was used as stationary phase,and acetonitrile-water(60+40) mixed solution was used as mobile phase.UV-detection at the wavelength of 210 nm was adopted in the measurement.Under the prescribed conditions,linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of 6-bromo-2,4-dimethylaniline hydrochloride was kept in the range of 5.0-200.0 mg·L-1,results of recovery found were in the range of 96.6%-103.0%.
