摘要
采用正交设计法对Ni-P化学镀工艺进行了优化,采用直接镀色、化学浸渍和热氧化法对化学镀Ni-P镀层进行了着色。结果表明:镀液中加入15 g/L钼酸盐可获得黑色镀层;Ni-P镀层在20 g/L浓度的醋酸铅中浸渍,并在400℃热处理时,可获得均匀的金黄色,并且具有较好的硬度和耐蚀性。
The process of electroless Ni-P plting were optimized by orthogonal experiment.Electroless plating Ni-P coating was colored by plating color directly,chemical impregnation and thermal oxidation.The results show that: It can get black coating by adding 15 g/L molybdate to the bath,If Ni-P coating dip in 20 g/L lead acetate and heat treatment at 400℃,It will be evenly golden,and have good hardness and corrosion resistance.
