摘要 参照Euro-NCAP侧面柱碰撞法规,用Hypermesh建立轿车侧面柱碰撞的有限元模型,运用LS-DYNA软件对车身结构侧面抗撞性能进行有限元模拟分析,研究柱碰撞形式的车身结构响应,并对车体结构进行了相应的改进。改进前后的仿真结果表明:该车侧面抗碰撞能力得到了提高,在一定程度上减少了车体的侵入对乘员带来的伤害,可为我国实施侧面柱碰撞法规提供参考依据。 According to Euro-NCAP impact of pole side regulation, a finite element car model for pole side impact with Hypennesh software was established and the finite element analysis of the side crashworthiness of bodywork structure with LS-DYNA software was made. The pole impact of the car body structure response was probed. Relevant measures for improving side crashworthiness were made. Simulation results after improvement show that car side crashworthiness is improved and the damage which is brought by car body invasion on passengers is reduced to some extent. Finally the research provides some reference to establish the law on the pole side impact.
