摘要
采用正交设计方法, 研究了Ekonol ( 聚苯酯) - PTFE ( 聚四氟乙烯) - 石墨自润滑复合材料的Ekonol 含量、成型压力和降温速度, 以及各因素之间交互作用对该复合材料的磨损量影响, 找出了较为理想的含量及制备工艺; 减少了重复试验次数, 得到了性能优良的能满足泵的工况条件的密封填料材料.
In the orthogonal method, the wear capacity of the self lubricating Ekonol-PTFE-graphite composites versus the Ekonols contents, forming stress, the velocity of decreasing temperature and their inter relationship were studied. The relatively satisfied content of Ekonol and the composites method of preparation were obtained and the number of test was decreased. The excellent material of seal packing that could satisfy the demand of the pumps working condition was obtained.
