沥青路面不饱和聚酯降温涂料的研制 被引量:14

摘要 以自制的不饱和聚酯树脂为涂料的基质树脂,通过对不饱和聚脂3种不同常温固化体系凝胶时间的比较,选用过氧化甲乙酮(MEKPO)/环烷酸钴体系为沥青路面热反射涂料固化体系;选择TiO2/SiO2为2/1的功能性填料,经过降温性能测试后,得出推荐填料用量为13%~15%;当功能性填料用量确定为14%,为保证涂料耐磨性最佳,TiO2/SiO2比例确定为10/4;以3种不同的灰色配比方法配制灰色涂料,铁红(0.5%)和铁绿(0.8%)复配制成的灰色涂料降温性能最好;配制出具有良好耐磨性、耐水性、耐汽油性、柔韧性、耐候性及能够有效降低沥青路面表面温度的不饱和聚酯降温涂料。 With self-made modified unsaturated polyester as matrix resin,methyl ethyl ketone peroxide(MEKPO)/cobalt naphthenate system was chosen to be asphalt pavement heat-reflective coating based on comparison among three kinds of the room temperature UPRcuring system geltime;the ratio of functional fillers TiO2/SiO2 as 2∶1 was determined;it was suggested that the best content of paint filler was 13%-15%;when the paint filler was 14%,the ratio of TiO2/SiO2 should be 10∶4 to ensure the coatings abrasion strengthened;gray paint composed of the red(0.5%) and green(0.8%) of the coating showed the best temperature lowering performance;unsaturated polyester coatings with good water resistance,oil resistance,flexibility and the ability to reduce the surface temperature could be compounded.
