摘要
以晋谷9号小米作为原料,采用微波辅助提取技术,研究了乙醇体积分数、微波作用时间、微波功率、料液比及提取次数对小米多酚得率的影响,并进行了响应面设计.获得单因素最佳条件为:乙醇体积分数70%,微波萃取时间90 s,微波功率440 W,料液比1∶12,萃取次数为2次;响应面试验的最佳工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数66%,微波时间120 s,微波功率414 W,料液比1∶12,在此工艺条件下得到小米多酚提取得率为105.38 mg/100 g.
The paper studied the effects of the ethanol volume fraction,the microwave time,the microwave power,the solid-liquid ratio and the extraction times on the yield of polyphenol in foxtail millet(jingu No.9) by using microwave-assisted extraction technique,and conducted the response surface analysis.According to the single factor tests,the optimal conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 70%,microwave time 90 seconds,microwave power 440 W,solid-liquid ratio 1∶12,and extraction twice.According to the response surface analysis,the optimal conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 66%,microwave time 120 seconds,microwave power 414 W,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶12,and the yield of polyphenol from foxtail millet was 105.38 mg/100 g under the conditions.
