摘要
选取花生油、大豆油、菜籽油、芝麻油、玉米油、葵花籽油、米糠油和棉籽油8种植物油脂共98个样品,采用Gary Eclipse荧光光度计,在激发狭缝和发射狭缝宽度为5 nm、激发波长在250~700 nm范围内以10 nm为间隔、发射波长在240~760 nm范围内的条件下扫描样品的发射光谱,获得每个样品的三维荧光光谱.用Origin7.5软件绘制光谱数据的二维等高线图,用于研究各种油脂的荧光信息.结果显示,8种油脂的荧光信息有显著差别.
The paper determined the emission spectra and the 3D fluorescent spectra of 8 kinds of vegetable oils(98 samples),including peanut oil,soybean oil,rapeseed oil,sesame oil,corn oil,sunflower seed oil,rice bran oil and cottonseed oil,by using a Gary Eclipse fluorometer under the conditions of emission wavelength 240 nm to 760 nm,excitation wavelength 250 nm to 700 nm at an interval of 10 nm,excitation slit width 5 nm,and emission slit width 5 nm.We plotted the 2D contour map of each vegetable oil by Origin7.5 based on the fluorescent spectra data to study the fluorescence information of each vegetable oil.The results showed that the 8 kinds of vegetable oils had different fluorescence information.
