摘要
淀粉与丙烯腈在[Mn(H_2P_2O_7)_3]^(3-)的引发作用下合成淀粉丙烯腈接枝共聚物,再在碱性条件下,进行皂化,制得皂化产物。本文确定了皂代反应的最佳条件,测定了不同接枝率皂化产物的吸附性能。通过对皂化产物的氮含量和羧基含量的测定以及扫描电镜和红外光谱的分析,确定了皂化产物的组成、形态与结构。在此基础上,探讨了皂化物的吸附机理。最后研究了皂化产物水溶液的流变学性质。
Starch-g-polyacrylonitrile copolymers by [Mn(H_2P_2O_7)_3]^(3-) initiation have been hydrolyzed With aqueous KOH to prepare saponified starch-g-polyacrylonitrile(HSPAN). In this paper, the best suitable saponifing reaction condition was determinated. The absorption capacities of different percent add-on HSPAN were measured. The component, structure and morphology of HSPAN were examined by measuring nitrogen content, carboxy content, infrared spectrogram and scanning electron micrograph. On the basis of the experimental results, a suitable absorptions. mechanism of HSPAN was proposed. AI last, the rheology properties of the aqueous solution of HSPAN was investigated.
