摘要
2009年4~10月,在女山湖荷花湖区、大湖面湖区和焦成圩湖区3个断面9个采样点进行采样,对女山湖底栖动物的群落特征和生物多样性进行了调查,共采集到底栖动物34种,其中寡毛类5种,多毛类1种,蛭类2种,水生昆虫7种,软体动物19种。寡毛类中的颤蚓(Tubifex sp.)和苏氏尾鳃蚓(Branchiura sowerbyi),水生昆虫中的前突摇蚊(Procladius)为底栖动物中的代表种类;中华园田螺(Cipangopaludina chinensis)、纹沼螺(Parafossarulus stritula)和淡水壳菜(Limnoperna lacustris)为软体动物代表种类。底栖动物的合计平均密度为517.4个/m2,合计平均生物量为188.2g/m2。在各类群中,软体动物、寡毛类和水生昆虫的生物量位于前三位。利用Shannon-Wiener指数法和生物指数法对女山湖水体污染状况进行了分析,二者的分析结果稍有差异。所有采样点底栖动物的Shannon-Wiener指数变化在2.25~2.38之间,3个断面采样点的水质都为轻度污染;所有采样点底栖动物的生物指数变化在6.4~7.6之间,大湖面湖区断面采样点的水质清洁,荷花湖区断面和焦成圩湖区断面采样点的水质为轻度污染。
The Zoobenthos are an important ecological group of water ecosystem,which often are used as a biological indicator to monitor to evaluate water environmental quality.From April to October 2009,the zoobiocenose and biodiversity of the Nushan Lake were investigated,and the samples were collected in 3 sections that are Hehua(Ⅰ),Dahumian(Ⅱ) and Jiaochengwei(Ⅲ).The distribution and biodiversity biocoenosis of zoobiocenose in the Nushan lake were surveyed,also the water quality were assessed.The results showed that 34 species of zoobenthos were identified;including 5 oligocgaetas,1 polychaeta,2 hirudineas,7 aquatic insects and 19 molluscas.The representative species of the zoobenthos were Tubifex sp.and Branchiura sowerbyi of the Oligocgaeta,and Procladius of the Incecta.The representative species were Cipangopaludina chinensis,Parafossarulus stritula and Limnoperna lacustris which belong to the Mollusca.The average density of zoobenthos was 517.4 indivadul/m2.Biological density of three sampling sites were significantly different;the maximum occurred in section Ⅲ and the minimum in section Ⅱ.The average biomass of 3 sections was 188.2 g/m2and the maximum biomass in section Ⅰ and the minimum in section Ⅱ.The water pollution conditions of the Nushan Lake were analyzed by the Shannon-wiener index and the biotic index.The Shannon-Wiener index was between 2.25 to 2.38 that means the water quality of the sections were slightly contaminated,but the biotic index showed that the water quality of section Ⅱ was clean,but,those of section Ⅰand Ⅲ were slightly contaminated.The estimated reserves of zoobenthos in Nushan Lake was about 19 573.4 × 103 kg.
