摘要 目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者血浆中血栓前体蛋白(TpP)、同型半胱氨酸(t-Hcy)水平在早期诊断血栓前状态中的价值.并观察其血液流变学指标.方法 检测COPD患者TpP、t-Hcy、DD及血黏度指标,并与正常人对照.结果 COPD患者t-Hcy、TpP、DD与正常人比较差异显著(12.62±3.85、9.98±2.81、0.87±0.48 vs 9.67±3.91、2.87±0.83、0.23±0.09);COPD患者有较多血液流变学指标与正常人比较差异显著.结论 T-Hcv、TpP、DD均可以作为早期诊断COPD血栓形成前状态的分子标志物,而TpP,t-Hcy在早期判断血栓前状态时具有较高临床价值.COPD患者血黏度增加,血管内血流阻力大,存在微循环障碍. Abstract: Objective Study on the value of TpP and t-Hcy to make an early diagnosis of prethrombotic states in COPD patients. Methods I n di c e s o f TpP, t-Hcy, DD and hemorheology were observed in COPD patients and normal subjects respectively. Results TpP, t-Hcy, DD of COPD patients were much higher than that of normal subjects(12.62±3.85,9.98± 2.81,0.87±0.48 vs 9.67±3.91,2.87±0.83,0.23±0.09).To compare with group normal subjects many in d ic e s o f hemorheology in COPD patients had changed significantly. Conclusion TpP, t- Hcy and DD can be used to make an early diagnosis of prethrombotic states in COPD patients,especially former two indices.COPD patients,whose hemorheology and blood stream resistance were higher, had obstruction in micro-circle.
