摘要
以压电双晶片为执行器,设计了一种压电新结构电气转换装置。介绍了该转换装置的结构和工作原理,分析了气路主要影响参数并建立了正交试验表,利用FLUENT软件对整个气路进行参数优化,得到喷嘴挡板间隙背压的特征曲线,确定了气路最佳结构参数组合,实验证明设计参数合理,转换装置具有良好的线性区间,为新一代压电结构电气转换器的研制打下基础。
Based on the driving characteristic of piezoelectric bimorphs,electric-pneumatic transfer device with new piezoelectric structure was designed.The structure and the principle of the transfer device were introduced,the key parameter was analyzed and the orthogonal experiment form was gotten.The parameters optimization to the whole air course was carried on by using of FLUENT.The characteristic curve for the flapper gap to the back pressure was drawn.The key parameter of the nozzle was defined.Experimental results proved that the parameters were reasonable,linearity was fine,which provides good basis of development of electro-pneumatic transducer valve with new piezoelectric structure.
