摘要
介绍某化工原料生产过程中流量控制的基本原理,分析了流量控制过程中影响控制精度的主要因素以及常用的提高控制精度的途径,提出了超声波检测与人工神经网络技术相结合的高精度流量控制方法。经实际控制过程验证,可将流量控制的精度提高近一个数量级。
The basic theory of a flow control system used in an industrial chemicals process was presented.In the process of flow control system,the main factors of affecting control precision and the main ways of improving control accuracy were analyzed.The method based on ultrasonic testing and neural network was provided.The experimental results show that the flow control accuracy can be improved about one order of magnitude.
