摘要
通过富集培养,从连续施用农药乐果的土壤中分离得到2株具有较强降解有机磷农药乐果能力的细菌菌株LGX1和LGX17,通过菌落形态观察及细菌的16S rDNA测序,对其进行了鉴定,同时研究了有机磷农药降解菌LGX1和LGX17对乐果的降解效果及2种菌对其降解效果的协同效应。结果表明:LGX1为蜡状芽孢杆菌Bacillus cereus,菌株LGX17为芽孢杆菌属Bacillus。2菌株对乐果的降解效果随接菌量的增加和接种时间的延迟逐渐提高;且2菌株之间具有协同效应,当2菌株的接种量都为10%时,它们之间的协同效应最强,对乐果的降解效果最佳,其降解率达82.6%。
By using liquid enrichment culture,two bacterium strains LGX1 and LGX17 were isolated and selected from soil sample which continuously applied organophosphorus pesticide dimethoate.The strain LGX1 and LGX17 were respectively identifi ed as Bacillus cereus and Bacillus on the basis of colony morphological observing and phylogenetic inference based on 16S rDNA sequence and analysis.At the same time,the degrading effect of two strains on dimethoate and the synergistic effect between them were studied.The results were indicated that the degrading effect of two strains on dimethoate was gradually improved with increased of the inoculated quantity and time.And the synergistic effect between them was the strongest,the degrading rate of dimethoate was 82.6% when the inoculated quantity of two strains was 10% respectively.
