摘要
针对ECT系统数据采集部分,采用FPGA产生可调的高频正弦激励,并用其控制通道选择电路。用VHDL语言编程,克服了硬件设计更新能力差的缺点,其中正弦激励对于8、10、12、16极板全部适用。本系统具有高速、干扰小、集成度好、易于优化和更新的特点。实验表明,测量装置的线性度为0.999 4且8电极稳定的采集速度为27 415帧/秒。
The use of FPGA could generate tunable high-frequency sinusoidal excitation and control multi-channel selection circuit for data acquisition part of ECT system.The shortcoming of the poor updating ability was overcome by using VHDL language programming.The part of sinusoidal excitation was suitable for plate of 8,10,12 or 16.The system had the characteristics of high-speed,small interfering,good integration,easy to optimization and updating.Test results show that the linearity of measurement devices can be up to 0.999 4,and the 8-electrode date acquisition rate can be up to 27 415 frames per second.
