摘要
电压等级的选择是配电网规划中的首要问题,特别是在中长期的配电网规划中。首先建立电压等级与投资和运行成本之间的函数关系,根据成本最小化原则,对电压等级进行优化,说明"几何均值"原则是所提出方法的特例;并且以建立的投资和运行成本函数为基础,对电压等级序列进行优化。以上海某地区的配电网为例,用所提出的电压等级优化方法进行电压等级可行性论证,证明本方法是非常有效的。
Selection of the voltage level is the most crucial issue in the power distribution network planning,especially in the mid-long term power distribution network planning.In this paper,the authors firstly establish the functional relationship between voltage level and investment,operation cost.According to the principle of cost minimization,optimization on voltage levels is progressed to illustrate that the "Geometric Mean" principle is a special case among the method mentioned in this paper.Furthermore,based on the function of investment and operation cost established above,optimization on the voltage level sequence is carried out.Finally,with a distribution network case in Shanghai as an example,feasibility of the voltage level based on the above-mentioned optimization is demonstrated,and it is proved that the method is effective and valid.
