摘要
通过加入某种成核添加剂和释冷结束时剩余少量余冰的方法,在冰板式蓄冰装置上作了试验研究,结果表明,成核添加剂和少量余冰能大大减小和消除水在结冰过程中的过冷度。
By adding a nucleation into water or keeping some ice unmelted at the end of discharging, finishes the experiment in the cubic capsule ice storage system, the results of which show that the additive and the remainder of ice can surely reduce the subcooling degree of water as freezing in the system. Recommends the methods to be used into engineering practice to raise the evaporative temperature and COP of the chiller.
