摘要
2009年,北京教育学院"北京市中学党支部书记培训需求调查研究"课题组运用问卷调查法与访谈法对北京市中学党支部书记的个人基本情况、培训动机、培训知识、理论与方法需求、能力发展需求、培训模式需求等方面进行了调研,结果发现北京市中学党支部书记整体素质较高,注重个人专业提升与推进学校工作发展,在广泛需求的基础上更加注重与党务工作发展密切相关的理论学习,希望能够提升书记的核心能力,认为专题讲座、案例分析是最有效的学习方式,比较认可学校党建工作改进方案和案例集的培训成果形式。但是,北京市中学党支部书记也存在着年龄普遍偏大、面对新时期党建工作适应性不强等问题。根据上述结论,进一步提出了加强北京市中学党支部书记培训的几点建议。
A survey was conducted in 2009 through questionnaire and interview by the team of the Research Project for Training Party Branch Secretaries of Secondary Schools in Beijing to get acquainted with such aspects for their future training as personal facts,motivations,needs,professional development and training modes.Then it is found that the Party branch secretaries are of high quality as a whole,because they not only attach much importance to both their professional and school development,but also pay more attention to learning theories on Party affairs to satisfy their needs,in the hope of improving their core abilities as secretaries.They regard lectures and case analysis as the most effective study methods as well as recognizing such training achievements as plans for improving school Party building and case collections.However,there are some issues to be tackled for these secretaries,such as being too old to adapt themselves well to new-era Party affairs.According to the above conclusion,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the training of Party branch secretaries of secondary schools in Beijing.
