摘要
为保证螺栓球网架用高强度大直径螺栓的质量,解决我国高强度螺栓产品性能检验试样标准问题,进行了本试验研究。通过对产品抽取各种规格实物螺栓试件,进行承载力、硬度检验及相应偏心、中心取样的模拟加工试件试验。提出了对现行行业标准中大于M36 的高强度螺栓性能等级,拟改为9-8 S 级、硬度HRC 指标范围扩展一度的建议,并推荐偏心加工试件作为产品生产性能检验方法,为制定国家标准GB/T16939 - 97《钢网架螺栓球节点用高强度螺栓》有关部分提供了依据。
The research is aiming to ensure the quality of high-strength bolts with major diameters, which are applied to space grid structures, and to solve the problems of the standard samples for testing the performance of bolts. After the tests on bearing capacity and hardness of different bolt samples and the comparison between centric and eccentric sampling bolts, some proposals have been put forward. The performance class is changed to 9.8S for the bolts >M36 in current industrial standard; the hardness is enhanced 1HRC; and eccentric bolt samples are recommended in testing performance. The research has provided scientific basis for formulating the Standard of High-strength Bolts for Space Grid Structures (GB/T 16939-97).
