摘要
目的探讨非诺贝特和三七粉联合用药对大鼠高脂血症的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养SD大鼠建立高脂血症大鼠模型。40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂血症模型组、非诺贝特组、三七组以及三七和非诺贝特联合用药组。实验结束后测大鼠血浆甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果非诺贝特与三七粉联合用药能显著降低大鼠血浆TG、TC、LDL-C的含量,升高血浆HDL-C的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);并能显著降低血浆MDA含量,提高SOD、GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论非诺贝特与三七粉联合用药,对高脂饲料喂养大鼠的高脂血症具有显著的预防和治疗作用,机制可能与其增强抗氧化能力有关。
Objective To study the effect of fenofibrate combined with sanqi powder on hyperlipidemic rats.Methods Sprague Dawley(SD) rats were fed with high lipid feed to induce hyperlipidemia model.The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group,model group,fenofibrate group,sanqi powder group,and combination therapy group.When the experiment was completed,the contents of plasma triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were measured.Results Compared with model group,the combinationtherapy of fenofibrate and sanqi powder could significantly decrease the plasma levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,and MDA,increase the content of HDL-C and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px.Conclusion Combination therapy of fenofibrate and sanqi powder has significant effect on hyperlipidemic rats and the mechanism may be related to its antioxidant activity.
