摘要
在原位肝脏移植术中，针对各种使体温异常降低的因素，采取维持手术间恒温、四肢棉套包裹患者肢体保暖、使用电热毯、输入加温后的液体及血制品等保温措施，使患者在长达１５ｈ 的手术时间内体温能始终维持在３５ ．８ ℃以上，避免了体温过低造成的一系列不利影响，是现阶段肝脏移植术中行之有效的保温方法。
In order to keep body temperature of patients with liver transplantation can be maintained consistently over 35.8℃ during operative time over 15 hours,methods of maintain warm were adopted versus a lot of factors decreasing abnormally body temperature,it contained room temperature keeping constant,a cotton-padded covering for keeping extremities warm,electrothermal blanket,and infused blood and fluids after bathed in 40℃ water making warm etc.During hepatic transplantation in site.It is a effecient method up to date during liver transplantation period,which avoided a series of complications caused by hypothermia.
