摘要
CCD图像传感器具有灵敏度高、结构紧凑、像素位置准确、自扫描、容易实现与单片机或计算机的智能化接口等一系列优点,成为光学方法测量仪装置中首选的光电接收传感器。该系统采用CCD作为测量用传感器,用单片机系统作数据采集和处理,实现了非接触测量系统的整体设计方案。确定了光学成像物镜参数和调焦机构,设计实现了CCD输出信号的前置处理电路及单片机硬件结构,测量软件采用汇编语言编写,采取了软件定标和数字滤波等措施提高测量精度,满足了管材工件尺寸实时测量要求。
Ty using CCD sensor,as measured by SCM system for data acquisition and processing,the design and implementation of a non-contact measuring system is the overall design scheme.Determine the parameters of the optical imaging telescope and convergence organization,the design and implementation of the CCD output signal pre-processing circuit chip in the software,hardware structure,assembly language of digital filter and software calibration measures to improve the measurement accuracy can meet the requirement of realtime measuring the size of pipe.
