摘要
目前,中国的改革开放正有条不紊地进行,中国特色的社会主义市场经济也以一定的速度前行。生产资料的占有权、使用权、支配权、处置权直接决定资产的归属,影响微观主体的损益,进一步对宏观经济产生重要的影响。土地制度作为一种调控市场经济主体及行为的基本制度,其完善与否、作用如何,都对经济发展和社会稳定具有关键的领航职能。基于土地制度的一般演变入手,再从经济角度深挖目前土地制度存在的缺陷,其后提出了改进这种土地制度的新举措,并阐明土地制度与我国经济相辅相成的关系。
Reform and opening of China are carrying on methodically at present,and socialist market economy of Chinese characteristic is advancing at certain speed.Attributive assets are directly decided by possessive right,applied right,dominated right and handled right about means of production,and influence profit and loss of microcosmic subject,thus it effect further macrocosmic economy.Institution of land,controlling main body and action of market economy,is a fundamental institution.Its perfection and function have a crucial pilot function as far as something is concerned economic development and social stabilization.It enters on general improvement of land system.Then some defects are excavated deeply concerning land system from economic angle.Furthermore,new measures are put forward so as to better the land system.Finally,it clarifies coordinate relationship between land system and economic development with regard to China.
