摘要
近几年来,随着计算机及信息技术的发展,各个国家各行业的信息化水平进入了新的里程。建筑行业作为国民经济的支柱产业也需要拓展和深化信息技术在本行业中的应用。设施管理处于整个工程项目生命周期中的维护阶段,设施管理信息化也是建筑行业信息化的重要组成部分。本文介绍了设施管理的概念和设施管理的范围和功能,分析了设施管理信息化的必要性以及信息技术在设施管理中的应用,最后阐述了设施管理信息化的研究重点和发展趋势。
In recent years, the development of Information Technology （IT） gives the construction industry a powerful potential to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange and therefore bring productivity benefits to the whole project life-cycle. Facilities Management（FM） in the maintenance stage of the whole life-cycle also needs the implementation of information technology. This paper introduces the concept and development of Facilities Management. Then the necessary of using IT in Facilities Management is analyzed and the implementation of IT for the management of facilities is discussed. Finally, this paper forecasts future research directions and the future development of IT in Facilities Management.
