摘要
通过AVL BOOST软件建立了TJ376QE汽油机的工作过程计算模型,运用实验数据论证了该模型,并进一步分析了进气迟后角对发动机性能的影响。分析结果表明:在4 000 r/min以上的高速时,可适当加大进气迟后角,利用高速气流惯性进气,提高充气效率,从而在一定程度上可改善汽油机高低转速下兼顾动力性与经济性的矛盾。同时通过研究结果分析,对车用发动机配气系统设计改进具有一定的指导意义。
The software AVL BOOST was applied to create the TJ376QE gasoline engine work process model.The model was analyzed by using experimental data,and the intake valve closing angle was studied.Analysis showed that:the intake valve closing angle could be increased above 4 000 r/min,improve volumetric efficiency to a certain extent,and improve contradictions between power and economic performance of the gasoline engine between high and low speeds.The result could be as a certain guiding significance for design improvement of engine.
