摘要
在现有的制度环境下,虽然植入式广告的法律定义和法律地位还未明确,但政府部门应该并且能够积极发挥职能进行有效管理;修订完善法律法规、构建合理的法律规制体系是加强植入式广告治理的根本之举,要着力于经营者法定告知说明制度的建立。
Although there is no definite legal definition or status of implantable advertising in the existing system,the government should bring its function into play to manage implantable advertising actively and effectively.It's necessary to revise laws and establish reasonable system to strengthen management of implantable advertising and to emphasize the establishment of legal system about information and statement.
