对大孔径(10~20m m )、大开孔率(20% ~35% )的无溢流筛板塔进行了试验研究。描述了孔板上气液流动工况及工况间的转变,分析了风量、液体流量、孔径、开孔率等对多孔板干板压降及板压降的影响,讨论了孔板上气液流动工况和液气比对筛板塔脱硫性能的影响。图8 表1
In this paper, experimental researches on sieve tower are presented, with performated plates having 20%~35% free areas and 10~20mm holes. Various gas liquid flow regimes above the plate and their transitions are described. It is analysed how plates's pressure drops and affected by factors such as gas flow, liquid flow, hole sizes and free areas of plates. Inflences of gas liquid flow regimes and liquid gas rates on sieve tower's SO 2 removal efficiency are discussed. Figs 8, table 1 and refs 4.
