摘要 采用正交试验法,在高速加工中心上对铝合金进行高速切削试验,研究机床的切削速度、进给速度、切削深度对加工表面粗糙度的影响规律,为企业生产提供可靠的依据。 High speed milling experiments of aluminum alloy were made on high-speed machining center by orthogonal experiment method. The influence rules of cutting speed, feeding speed and cutting depth on surface roughness of the aluminum alloy were studied. It provides foundation for enterprise production.
