摘要
空气滤清器的性能优劣对工程机械发动机和家用空气洁净器有着重要的影响,因此有必要建立空气滤清器检测系统。根据ISO 19713最新标准,在空气滤清器检测系统中引入颗粒计数器,利用Modbus协议实现工控机和颗粒计数器间的通讯,实现在线检测。与称重法的试验结果的对比表明:使用粒子计数在线检测法可检测多种粒径的过滤比和滤清效率,更准确地评价滤清器性能。
The performance of air filter has a significant impact on engine and home air-sentry, so it is necessary to establish air filter testing system. According to the latest standards ISO 19713, particle counters was instructed into air filter testing system, on-fine testing was carried out by means of Modbus protocol. By contrasting with the result of gravity method, the testing system can be used to test filtration ratio and filtration efficiency of particles with more diameters, to evaluate performance of air filter more accurately.
