m(SA-CS)双极膜在盐湖卤水离子分离中的应用

摘要 海藻酸钠经二价钙离子改性后作为阳膜层,用戊二醛改性壳聚糖制备了阴膜溶胶,将阴膜溶胶流延于阳膜层上,制备了Ca2+-SA/戊二醛-CS双极膜m(SA-CS)BPM。测定了双极膜的红外光谱、热重分析和机械性能。将m(SA-CS)BPM应用于从盐湖卤水提取锂,二价离子的透过率均小于2%,而一价离子的透过率均大于20%。表明该双极膜能够有效分离卤水中的一价、二价金属离子。 mSA-CS bipolar membrane was prepared by sodium alginate(SA) and chitosan(CS),which were modified by Ca2+ and glutaraldehyde(GA) as linking reagents,respectively.The m(SA-CS) membrane was characterized by FTIR,TG and mechanism performance.The results showed that m(SA-CS) BPM was applied in lithium extraction from salt lake.It was well selectively to separate monovalent and divalent ions.The penetration of ions through m(SA-CS) bipolar membrane for divalent Ion was 1%,but for monovalent ion was 20%.
